Our automations are custom systems that handle repetitive work by analyzing information, applying rules, and completing tasks across the tools your business already uses.
Automations
Maximize your time, minimize your effort
We build all of our automations to be reliable, transparent, and simple to hand over. Each one is fitted to the way your business already works, so nothing you depend on has to be replaced, and where a judgement call is needed it still comes to a person rather than being guessed at.
Pick the one that's closest to the work eating your week, and we take it from there. We build it around your documents, your numbers, and the systems you already use.

Automate your current systems
- And the systems that have no logo: the in-house database, the supplier portal, the spreadsheet someone built in 2013 that the whole quoting process still runs on.

How an automation runs
Runs itself
Fully autonomous workflows
It runs on a schedule or on a trigger, start to finish, with nobody watching. The work is done before anyone opens a laptop, and you hear from it only when something needs a person.
You run it
Semi-autonomous workflows
You run it yourself, when you want it: hand it the files, start it, and look at what comes back. Everything tedious is handled, and every decision stays where it was.
Make the most of your time
One automation, from start to finish, by example.
08:45
Overnight mail is read.
08:46
It is sorted by priority, and the attachments are filed.
08:48
Figures are lifted off each invoice and checked against the order.
08:51
The ledger is updated and this week's report rebuilt on live formulas.
08:53
The summary lands in your inbox.

One automation
From $500
One job that repeats every week, handled end to end. Scoped, built, tested and handed over with the documentation to go with it.
Best for: A bottleneck you can point at and describe in a sentence.
Multiple automations
From $850
Two or more jobs scoped and built together, including the handoffs between them, so fixing one step does not just move the delay to the next.
Best for: A week with several repeating jobs that feed into each other.
Ongoing support
Every automation includes its first month of support and changes from the day it is handed over. After that, support is $100 per instance, for the instances you ask us to look after.
